Class 1: Middle Eastern – Vegetarian
Impress your friends and family with vegetarian dishes such as Eggplant Fatteh and Umm Ali! During this 3-hour class, you will learn how to prepare a delicious vegan meal.
Here, the focus is on Lebanese and Jordanian Cuisine. Join our chef who shares her love for her culture and heritage:
- Eggplant Fatteh: The best dishes are found at the crossroads. We will show you our chef’s twist on a traditional Middle Eastern dish, Eggplant Fatteh, which is a classic Middle Eastern dish and is totally vegetarian. It is one of our favorite recipes to prepare as it is easy to prepare. The combination of flavors is superb. You can enjoy the savory goodness of the roasted eggplant, the crunch of the pita, the burst of tang from the garnish, and the lemony tahini sauce accompanied by the pita. You will surely enjoy this very addictive dish.
- Lentil Soup: Learn how to make this delicious lentil soup from our chef as she shares this recipe. Easy to prepare. You only need a few ingredients and a few minutes to make this soup.
- Umm Ali: Essentially, this pastry resembles a bread pudding and is filled with pistachios, coconut flakes, raisins, and walnuts. Cinnamon is sprinkled on top of the mixture after the milk is poured in. Lastly, the mixture is baked in the oven until golden brown.

- Oozy rice meat pie: Pork, beef, and potatoes are the main ingredients of this hearty meal. This oozy rice meat pie is prepared with several spices and cloves to produce a savory and healthy dish.

Class 4: Middle Eastern Comfort Food
This lesson will teach you how to make authentic Middle Eastern comfort foods.

- Stuffed vine leaves (warak enab) and zucchinis: You can achieve amazing contrasts with simple meals. Discover the art of presentation as the chef prepares this signature comfort food.
- Umm Ali: The pastry is cut into pieces and combined with pistachios, coconut flakes, raisins and walnuts. Cinnamon is sprinkled on top of the mixture after the milk has been poured in with cream. Lastly, the mixture is baked until it has a golden brown surface.
Class 5: Greek – Middle Eastern Lunch
Immerse yourself in the cooking history as well as techniques of Greece during this 3-hour cooking class. Here you will learn how to cook warbat, lentil soup, and moussaka!

Information about the class: Mediterranean cuisine shares many similarities with Greek cuisine. The main ingredients are wheat, olive vegetables, grains, oil, wine, chicken, veal, pork, lamb, goat, beef, and rabbit.
In addition, our chef will use these ingredients, namely pasta, cheeses, herbs, olives, lemon juice, and yoghurt. Typical dessert ingredients include honey, fruits, nuts, and filo pastries.
