Italian Desserts Making ClassIn this hands-on class, you will learn the skill of how to bake delicious Caprese cake which is perfectly accented with almonds and rich chocolate.

If that isn’t enough, you will also learn how to make one of our favourites, Mimosa cake with sponge, Italian Chantilly and hazelnuts.

What makes Mimosa cake so incredible is the combination of ingredients that go into it: Champagne cake, Vanilla cointreau syrup, Orange curd filling, and Champagne buttercream.

All of these coupled with Italian Chantilly and hazelnuts are sure to impress any guest.

To top it off, you will also learn how to make a relatively quick but tasty recipe, pear and chocolate tart.

You will be supplied three hours of hands-on training, access to all essential ingredients/utensils and receive encouraging, supportive advice as you learn.

Our Italian Chef instructor (Diego Forte) is a trained professional and wants to help you learn the best way you can, and have a lot of fun at the same time.

We recommend taking this class as a supplement to the Italian cooking classes we offer.
