Fondant is a type of edible icing with a distinct texture. It is available in a variety of forms, including poured and rolled. With fondant decorating classes, you can demonstrate your creative side.
During this class, participants will learn how to bake and decorate Marbled Fondant with Roses.
Equipment Familiarisation
Getting familiar with the equipment is an important part of baking and decorating a cake. You will learn how to accurately measure ingredients and operate the equipment. In addition, you will learn how to use the appropriate settings and temperatures.
Baking
You will learn how to make a batter and bake during the baking session. You will also learn how to slice the cake according to the required layers. During the baking session, you will gain a greater understanding of the different methods for making batter.
Fondant
For the icing, you will prepare a Swiss buttercream. In this lesson, you will learn how to spread the icing evenly using a variety of techniques. After that, you will create layers in the cake. Assembly
