It is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and professional kitchen utensils ranging from stoves and oven, pots and pans to precision cutting knives.
For starters, this school values a hands-on training where you can digest the recipes and build your skills.
Palate Sensations has an extensive selection of hands-on cooking classes conducted regularly featuring cuisines from east to west.
Other cuisines like French, Italian and Asian, are also available at the cooking school.
Some of the delectable dishes that participants can look forward to cooking at Palate Sensations include traditional dishes such as Indian Chicken Tikka Masala, Malay Beef Rendang and Chinese Bak Kut Teh.
They also offer the opportunity to experience the diverse multiculturalism of Singaporean food.

We had booked in for a market tour and a cooking class of 4 classic singaporean dishes.
The chef picked us up from the hotel and took us on a market tour to source our ingredients.
It was an informative and interactive tour, and i highly recommend it as you can see, hear, smell and feel where your food is coming from.
The cooking studio itself was very impressive!! clean and functional with the added bonus of being near the MRT.
The chef was a delight to have as an instructor, and we really were able to get into our food and cook, with wonderful and delicious results. Highly recommend this class.

I attended a 6 session course in French cuisine and loved it!
The classes started with instruction from the chef that was clear and concise without boring us with too many technical details.
Then with an abundance of great fresh produce we proceeded to prepare and cook the dishes ourselves while the chef came around and assisted if needed.
Afterwards I felt excited that I could easily make the dishes at home myself as the class was completely hands-on.
The studio environment was a pleasure to be in, very modern and bright, with ample space for everyone and good equipment.
