Class 4: The Art of Sausage Making: Chicken and Pork (3 hours)
Learn how to grind meat, use flavour with spices, and put them into natural skins. This hands-on class will let you understand the science of sausage making and work together with the instruction of our chef to make sausages from scratch.
You’ll showcase your creations in the form of a 3-hour class that includes chicken and pork sausage.
In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the methods of how to create fresh sausages. Starting out with bigger pieces of meat, we’ll grind them with the applicable herbs and spices before we stuff them into natural skins.
On top of that, we will make these sausages during this course:
- Garlic Pork Sausages
- Chicken Chipolata Sausages

Class 5: Cooking with Friends: Sunday Brunch (3 hours)
What’s more amusing than cooking your own meal encircled by friends & family? Join us for an amusing hands-on brunch class and learn the ultimate secrets for making a wonderful menu for delicious brunch dishes.
Our chef will showcase some brunch classics such as yoghurt semifreddo and eggs benedict, and use your creativity to whip up a morning full of scrumptious brunch specialities as you learn new skills and eat all you can in this Sunday brunch cooking class.

This will be a basic introduction to how to create vegan cheese that you can use for sauces.
