This signature Korean dish has been around for over 2,000 years, dating back to the Shilla dynasty. This cuisine includes Korean cabbage, onion, scallion, ginger, radish, and pumpkin with chilli powder, crushed garlic and salted food.

Class 5: Korean Cuisine – Beef Bulgogi (3 hours per session)
Bulgogi, bindaetteok, and gamjatang make an impressive Korean meal in 3 hours.
You will learn to prepare it with green peppers, sliced onions, peppers, and garlic using a charcoal burner. Expect to taste a unique, smoky flavour.
Before grilling, we will marinate the meat for between 2-4 hours in a mixture of black pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, onions, garlic, pepper, ginger, and sugar to improve its tenderness and flavour.
